Clockwork Guild

Clockwork Guild is a management sim about running a workshop full of tinkerers. You take contracts, assign your inventors to jobs, and try to keep the whole operation from falling apart when a deadline and a broken machine hit at once.

The loop is satisfying in the way good sims are — you're always balancing three plates, and the game keeps throwing a fourth. Menus are clean and finger-friendly, which matters a lot when you're juggling this many systems on a phone.

It does get grindy in the mid-game, and I wish it had more surprise events to shake things up. Still, if you like watching a little economy hum along under your management, this scratches that itch nicely.
